How are treatment connections made?
Our staff of trained counselors use validated screening and assessment tools to make recommendations on the appropriate level of care. Counselors initiate treatment connections using our national database of treatment and recovery resources, as well as other reputable sources, to identify programs and help the individual to coordinate engagement in services as needed. Additional factors such as insurance, transportation, and individual preferences are utilized to make personalized recommendations.
